Putting your best foot forward is a great way to start your day. It may take a bit of work on your part but it’s so worth it. Learning to let go of things you cannot control (others words and actions) is the first step to feeling wonderful each and every day.
There are several things I do to help me keep a positive attitude. For me, it’s good medicine.
* Concentrate on being your best by brushing aside negativity. The result is more positive energy.
* Forgive those who hurt your feelings. This way you are not tied up in emotional knots.
* Reach out to someone in need and see if they require any help.
* Treat yourself to something that makes you happy
* Pat yourself on the back. It’s okay to say “good job”.
* Let your family and friends know you care and love them.
I have found that by doing the above, it helps to keep me on a more positive journey. May you find yourself in a better place……. as you put your best foot forward!!
