21 Apr Earring Profiles to Flatter Your Face Shape by Julie Hoffman
Did you know that certain shape faces can be flattered with different style earrings then you may be naturally looking reaching for?
Earrings are a great way to freshen up your wardrobe without breaking the bank, but you’ll get even better results if you choose a look that goes with your face shape.
If you have a round face, then hoops are the go to for you. So, if you don’t have many in your jewelry wardrobe, now you have an excuse to shop.
For heart-shaped faces, go for chandelier style earrings. They balance out and flatter your silhouette, with their complementary shape.
For narrow faces, or oblong go with a dangle. They’ll fill out your face and make your dainty features look very pretty.
Square faces are the least common, but the most versatile. They can wear any shape, so if this is you go to town with your experimentation!
Changing up and expanding your jewelry wardrobe can save you a lot of money and keep your clothes looking fresh and on-trend. So now you have even more of an excuse to get pretties!
Don’t know your face shape? It’s easy to find out. You just need a hand mirror and an eyeliner. Looking in the mirror draw the outline of your face on the mirror with the eyeliner. Then look to see what shape you drew on the mirror. Easy peasy! If you don’t have a hand mirror, take a selfie with your cell phone looking straight on. Then use a photo app to draw on your picture the outline of your face. Then look at the shape.
Hopefully this is helpful to you, and you can stretch your band for your buck by changing up some of your jewelry pieces.
