27 Apr Common Thread by Kathy Cobb | Monday Morning Inspiration
Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting with several women who I would consider to be world changers. At first glance, they look like just you and me- busy women juggling family, work and life in general. However, when we sat down to chat, a clearer picture began to unfold. These women had very distinct personalities, but the common thread between them was having the same heart dedicated to seeing women reach their full potential in God.
Each woman believed in Gods grace and spoke of Gods abundant provision in her life. The women were filled with Gods love and from the moment we began to share, the air space around us became electrified. Words of affirmation and encouragement began to flow and our hopes and desires bubbled forth. Dreams that once felt uncertain began to take root as future possibilities. Pointed questions helped us to identify our areas of strength and we were ready to venture out again into our areas of influence. In a short period of time, God reassured His girls that they were indeed able to impact the world around them.
Walking away from each of these precious women, I felt more at peace and ready to continue my life as a World Changer!
