Goin’ Coastal beach house, located on Tybee Island, is the perfect location for your next family getaway. Goin’ Coastal is a free-standing 4 bedroom beach home located on the south end of Tybee Island at 16 18th Street. Only 2/3 block from the beach, Goin’ Coastal is steps away from the historic Tybee Island pier and pavilion. In this popular area of Tybee Island, you will find shopping, restaurants, and nightlife! Beach access is located right at the end of 18th Street. There’s plenty of fun for families and small groups.

On the main level of this home, there is a fully equipped kitchen that opens up into the dining area and living room. There is a half bathroom located on this level. The dining room has seating for 8 guests. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. In addition, there are three bedrooms and a bungalow:

BEDROOM 1: Master king bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the porch for ocean views

BEDROOM 2: King bedroom with a shared full bathroom off the hallway and access to the porch for ocean views

BEDROOM 3: Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom off the hallway and access to the porch for ocean views

BUNGALOW: Separate studio that features a living room area with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, full bathroom, and queen bedroom

There is a covered patio space under the home that is perfect for grilling!
