25 Jun Love, Laughter, and Giggles by Kathy Cobb
Yesterday I heard the beautiful sounds of little girls giggling while they were playing in the yard next door. Although I could not hear their conversation, their laughter told me they were enjoying one another’s company immensely. As they played, one had taken the lead and the other followed happily. Then, a few minutes later, they changed roles and off they went to explore the flower garden. During that brief moment in time, I felt so blessed to see seven-year old’s celebrating friendship and was thankful that God had given me such a precious gift to behold!
In keeping with love, laughter and giggles this month, we will be talking about the different levels of friendship and how it impacts every relationship in our circle of influence. Whether you are single, married, divorced, or widowed, you are called to be a friend to someone. Our topics will range from What are the ingredients of a good friend? Should we establish boundaries in friendship? and much, much more.
With May being the month to celebrate motherhood, we will be exploring child/parent relationships through the dynamic teaching of Shirley Voorhees. Look for her articles on how to understand your child’s personality on our website this month and her conference call to be scheduled in mid-May!
