04 Feb Turning Pain into Gain by Brenda Bell
I Chronicles 4:10 says:
And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
God always has a plan to restore His people.
Restoration is a recurring theme in scripture as those who strayed from the teachings and love of God sought to restore their divine relationships with Him further occurrences of repairing what had decayed, including personal relationships, fortunes, or health.
Maybe you have been through separation-divorce, financial setbacks, or illness. A setback is a setup for a comeback. God promise to restore the years the locust has eaten. Joel 2
God is ready to give us beauty for ashes, give us more than we have.
God is waiting to provide us with the provisions we need to accomplish great things through us for His Kingdom! Rejoice o daughter of Zion.
In the prayer of Jabaz, I Chronicles 4:9 says, Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name, Jabez, because I bore sorrow (pain) it says. Jabez believed in prayer, even though his name meant pain.
Oh, that thou would Bless me indeed!
-Ask God to bless you with all spiritual blessings. Seek ye first the kingdom of God all these things shall be added.
-Ask God to help you do His will
-God will open the restraining gates of blessing to those who will seek His blessings.
Enlarge my coast
Ask God to increase your territory
Enlarge my life to be a bigger impact for the kingdom of God.
Ask God to increase your family, home, ministry, and church for His glory.
And that thine hand might be with me!
Depend on the lord to sustain the spiritual blessings He showers on you.
And that thy wouldest keep me from the evil that it may not grieve me.
Ask God for wisdom, guidance, and protection daily.
And God granted Jabez (pain) that which he requested! Say,
ACCESS GRANTED!
Remember your past or pain does not have to determine your present. Your present does not have to determine your future.
God will turn your pain into gain!
He did it for many times when I went through separation and divorce, God made a way out of no way!
Jesus suffered bleeding and died and took our place on the cross.
And he said, IT IS FINISHED!
