Gals – Healthier Living – Drink of the Month – The Digestive

Need relief from upset tummy, then try fennel seeds?  Fennels seed contains natural properties that help calm your stomach and soothe your intestinal tract.

Take 1 to 3 grams of dried and crushed fennel.  Add to 2 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool Mix in pitcher with 10 cups of water, juice from 1 lemon, 1 small sliced orange and 10 chopped mint leaves and infuse seeds.  Leave overnight before serve.
